3. All the things that fight with molten iron must be preheated to above 500 ℃ before use, otherwise they are not allowed to be used

4. The molten iron should not exceed 80% of the molten iron holding capacity. The lifting of themolten iron bagshould be steady and slow, and the pace should be universal, so as to prevent the splashing of molten iron from hurting people

5. Before lifting the molten iron with a crane, check whether the hook and chain are real. The chain is not allowed to be knotted during lifting. There should be special staff to control the accompanying molten iron ladle and the process road. There should be no miscellaneous staff

6. Solemnly implement "six no pouring": (1) no pouring if the temperature of molten iron is not enough; (2) Don't pour the wrong sign of molten iron; (3) No slag blocking and no pouring; (4) Do not pour the sand box until it is dry; (5) No pouring without external gate; (6) Do not pour if the molten iron is not enough

7. The casting shall be accurate and stable. It is not allowed to pour molten iron into the sand box from the riser and look at it

8. When the molten iron is poured into the sand mold, the waste water discharged from the steam outlet, riser and box joint shall be burned at any time to prevent toxic gas and molten iron from splashing and hurting people

9. The remaining molten iron should be poured into the prepared iron mold or sand pit. It is not allowed to pour on the sand pile and the ground to prevent the molten iron from bursting and hurting people< Span>The molten iron ladledue to running fire or other reasons flowing on the ground shall not be covered with sand before condensation, and shall be removed on time after condensation
